About the event
Fall Equinox is a time for reflection on the endings of one season and the beginning of a new ! We take this time to ground ourselves, meditate, and prepare for this season of new beginnings and changes ✨We allow ourselves the space and opportunity for growth. Followed by a community distance Reiki session to keep the energy flowing and align our mind, body, and spirit 🫶🏾
